Customer Manager / Executive Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a top-tier Customer Manager who will function as a high-level Executive Assistant while serving as one of the primary voices of the company. This role requires exceptional spoken English with a neutral or near-American accent, outstanding customer service skills, and the confidence to professionally represent the company over the phone.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling executive support responsibilities while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer phone calls.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers.
• Provide professional customer support and relationship management.
• Manage executive calendars and scheduling.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments.
• Handle administrative and executive support tasks.
• Maintain customer records and documentation.
• Prepare reports and follow-up communications.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requests are completed promptly.
• Represent Quokka professionally in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Exceptional spoken and written English.
• Neutral or near-American accent.
• Previous Executive Assistant experience.
• Strong customer service background.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proactive and solution oriented.
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S.-based executives.
• Customer Success or Account Management experience.
• Previous call center or customer-facing experience.
• Experience using CRM or customer support platforms.
