Virtual assistant

I'm hiring a long-term Real Estate VA to run my social media, online ads, and CRM.
If you have real estate marketing experience, strong Canva design skills, and know how to manage a ---------- and generate leads through Facebook /Google ads — we want to hear from you.
What you'll do:
Plan & post content on Facebook , Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok
Create and manage lead-gen ads (Facebook /Instagram Ads, Google Ads)
Manage our CRM: input leads, tag/segment contacts, set up follow-up sequences
Design listing graphics, flyers, and social posts in Canva
Handle light admin/tech tasks (email , scheduling, basic troubleshooting)
You should have:
1-2+ years VA experience, ideally with a real estate agent or team
A portfolio of social media posts, ad creatives, and Canva designs
Experience with at least one CRM (I currently use Lofty)
Solid written English and strong attention to detail
Reliable internet + backup power/internet
