About the Role

We are a fast-scaling brand with a strong foothold in the French-speaking market. We run high-volume Meta Ads campaigns and are looking for a Creative Strategist who understands what makes people buy — and can translate that into winning ad concepts, scripts, and briefs.
This is not a "post and pray" role. We move fast, we test constantly, and we need someone who thinks in hooks, angles, and conversion — not just aesthetics.

What you'll own
Develop creative strategy for Meta Ads campaigns targeting the French-speaking market (FR, CH, BE, LU).
Write high-converting ad scripts for UGC, direct-response video, and static creatives
Build detailed creative briefs that editors can execute without back-and-forth
Analyze ad performance data (CTR, hook rate, hold rate, ROAS) and iterate on what works
Identify winning angles, hooks, and offers by studying competitors and market trends
Manage the creative pipeline: brief ? production ? review ? launch ? analysis
Collaborate directly with the founder on scaling decisions tied to creative performance

What we're looking for
1+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or DTC e-commerce (required)
Proven track record of producing ad creatives that scaled — show us the results
Near-native French speaker with a strong understanding of French consumer psychology or very good IA handling
Fluent in Meta Ads creative logic: hooks, pattern interrupts, objection handling, CTAs
Able to write scripts that feel human, not corporate — you understand UGC and authentic storytelling
Data-driven: you read ad metrics, post buy reviews and know what to change when performance drops
Autonomous and fast — you don't need to be managed, you manage the work

Nice to have
Familiarity with tools like TrendTrack or Meta Ad Library for competitor research
Background in copywriting or direct-response marketing
Experience briefing and directing video editors or UGC creators
