We’re searching for an experienced Video Editor with direct response ads experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Hands-On Editing: Craft high-performing Facebook ads, UGC-style content, and VSLs that grab attention and convert.
Creative Direction: Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and design teams to ensure alignment and strategy.
Trendspotting: Stay ahead of the latest e-commerce creative trends, editing techniques, and AI-powered creative tools to keep our content fresh and competitive.
Workflow & Systems: Optimize editing pipelines for speed, quality, and scalability, including integrating AI tools where useful to improve output and efficiency.
Performance Tracking: Review data and results, using performance feedback to guide creative iterations.
What You’ll Need to Bring:

Proven experience editing direct-response video ads for e-commerce brands, especially Facebook ads.
Experience using AI tools for video editing, creative production, ideation, workflow acceleration, or performance optimization.
A strategic creative eye with a strong understanding of direct-response marketing and e-commerce funnels.
Ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
