About the Role

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) Customer Support Specialist to join our team. EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.

Job Roles Include

  • Provide timely and professional customer support via email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, conveying feedback and suggestions to enhance our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our programs, features, and policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Proactively engage with customers to build and nurture a supportive and active community around our products.
  • Monitor community forums, social media channels, and online platforms to identify and address customer concerns and trends.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including FAQs, tutorials, and community resources, to support customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to coordinate promotional activities and product launches.
  • Analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.

Pay

Starting pay will be $450-$500 USD per month, with opportunities for pay increases as you gain more experience and time with our company.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support, community management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and effectively resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for building and fostering communities, with a genuine interest in helping customers succeed.
