Preferably, with a year of USA insurance (benefits & eligibility) experience.

The primary task for this tea ---------- mber to contact insurance companies to process prior authorizations, eligibility, and benefits. Experience in these specific tasks area is required.

Additionally this tea ---------- mber will answer calls, manage faxes, schedule appts for our USA based business (We are a Medical Doctors office). Your job is to answer phone and take messages or direct the call the appropriate person, call customers to remind them of appointments, and accept payment as needed.

We help a lot of people and you will be an important part of that process and our office.

This is a part time job working 30 hours per week that may turn into a full time job as time goes..

We need to hire immediately.

Shift:

USA EST Mondays through Fridays - 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN & 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary: 30,000 PHP per month

Quarterly Bonus: 20,000 PHP Every 3 months (we do this in place of the 13th month).

Retirement Plan: We contribute approximately $20 per week to a retirement fund that you use during retirement after age 60. This can be a considerable amount of money in retirement depending on your current age. For someone in their 20s, this would be around $200,000 at age 60 or around 47,000 PHP every month when you retire... this is a very good deal and similar to an American retirement plan.

Health Care: We also give additional money every week for SSS or PhilHealth to our employees as needed.

Pag-ibig - We also give additional money every week for Pag-ibig to our employees as needed.

Paid Time Off: We have paid time off and have some Philippine holidays off such as All Saints day etc.

We are very familiar with Philippine-based VAs (we have 12 full-time permanent) and include our Philippine friends as Pamilya, and as an important part of our staff. We have never had any of our Philippine friends quit, as we treat everyone with respect and as an important part of our team.

In fact, in 2022, we took our Philippine friends on an all-expense-paid trip for two to Boracay, as a way of saying thank you. In 2023, we took our Philippine friends on another all-expense-paid trip for two to Alona Beach in Bohol. During the first week of April 2024, we took everyone to El Nido, Palawan. In March 2025, we went to Boracay again. April 2026 convention was at Puerto Galera. These trips are at no cost to our Filipino friends, including food, travel, and lodging, and we stay at high-end 5-star resorts such as Henann resorts.
