About the Role

We are a US-based business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with Amazon Seller Central operations, product research, customer support, listing checks, and admin tasks.

Pay is $6-$8/hour depending on experience. The role is 10-15 hours per week to start.

This is a long-term role for someone who is organized, careful with details, comfortable following SOPs, and proactive about asking good questions when something is unclear. We are not looking for an agency. We are looking for one dependable person who wants steady part-time work and can become a trusted part of the team.

What You'll Help With

  • Amazon Seller Central operations tasks
  • Product research and data entry
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets, ClickUp tasks, and internal trackers
  • Checking product listings for accuracy
  • Customer support replies using templates, guidelines and a custom AI toolkit
  • Order/admin follow-up tasks
  • Organizing information clearly so the rest of the team can act on it
  • Other Amazon/e-commerce operations tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable communication and follow-through
  • Required: prior Amazon Seller Central experience
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and the Microsoft suite
  • Comfortable using ClickUp, or able to learn it quickly
  • Able to follow written instructions carefully
  • Willing to learn new workflows and improve over time
  • Honest about mistakes and quick to ask questions when needed
  • Prior customer support, e-commerce operations, ClickUp, or product research experience is a plus

Schedule
The role is 10-15 hours per week. Exact working hours are flexible, but you must be able to overlap with us around 10:00am GMT on workdays for communication, check-ins, and follow-up. This is typically around 6:00pm in the Philippines.
