Full-Stack Developer – Next.js + Supabase (SaaS Platform)

About the Role
We are building PearlOS, an AI-powered operating system for real estate businesses. The platform is live and in active use. We need one developer who can work directly in the codebase, fix bugs, build new features, and keep the platform stable and deployable.
This is not a build-from-scratch role. You will work inside an existing production codebase. You must be comfortable reading code you did not write.

You Must Have

Next.js App Router (not Pages Router)
TypeScript
Supabase: migrations, RLS policies, SQL queries
Vercel: deployments, environment variables, runtime logs
Git: clean commits and pushes
Ability to debug a broken route without AI assistance
You Must Be Able To

Read a TypeScript build error and fix it
Trace a broken Supabase query to the exact cause
Run npm run build and fix every error before deploying
Follow written rules and architectural guidelines without reminders
Report exactly what files you changed after every task

You Will NOT Qualify If

You have only built projects from scratch using AI tools
You cannot show a live Next.js + Supabase project with a real GitHub repo
You need daily supervision to prioritize your work

Hours: 15-25 hours per week to start
Rate: Please include your expected hourly rate when applying
Location: Remote, Philippines preferred
Start: Immediate
