Job Title: Amazon Returns Specialist (FBA / FBM)

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Returns Specialist to take full control of our FBA and FBM returns pipeline. You will be responsible for auditing return data, maximizing recovery by routing items to the correct channels (Amazon, eBay, or Amazon Claims), and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for our customer service team and 3PL warehouses to follow.

Key Responsibilities:
Track & Audit: Monitor and reconcile all FBA/FBM returns inside Amazon Seller Central.
Triage Inventory: Classify every return into three distinct routes:
Route A: Re-sellable on Amazon.
Route B: Damaged/Open-box $\rightarrow$ Route to eBay for resale.
Route C: Carrier/Amazon damaged $\rightarrow$ File for Reimbursement.
Claims Management: File and win SAFE-T and FBA reimbursement claims.
SOP Creation: Write clear, step-by-step processes for Customer Service (tracking/validation) and 3PL Warehouses (inspection/sorting/photos).

Requirements:
2+ years of experience managing Amazon FBA/FBM returns and inventory reconciliation.
Proven track record of winning Amazon reimbursement and SAFE-T claims.
Experience writing SOPs or workflows for remote teams or logistics partners.
Familiarity with eBay listing and condition guidelines is a plus.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data tracking.
