Job Ad — Loan Processor / Client Success (Part-Time, Remote)

Venture Estate Group is a New York-based hard money lending brokerage. We help US real estate investors close fix-and-flip, DSCR, and bridge loans across the country. We're growing fast and need a sharp processor to own deals from term sheet to closing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Manage 5-10 active loan files at a time
• Collect and verify borrower documents (ID, credit, bank statements, entity docs, insurance)
• Order appraisals, coordinate title and insurance
• Talk to US real estate investors daily — explain what's needed and keep them calm
• Coordinate with lender underwriters to push files to Clear to Close
• Update our CRM (Close) after every interaction

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Clear, natural English — you'll be on the phone with US investors
• Obsessed with finance — you follow markets, read about lending, want to master this industry
• Sales instinct — you can explain a tough situation and turn it into a "yes"
• Detail-obsessed — you catch missing signatures, wrong dates, mismatched entities
• AI-fluent — you use ChatGPT/Claude to work faster, not slower
• Reliable US hours — 20 hours/week, 9am-1pm EST Monday-Friday

• Real estate, mortgage, or lending experience
• Familiarity with Close CRM, Zapier, Google Workspace
