We're hiring a part-time Marketing & Social Media VA who is a self-starter, knows exactly what they're doing, and is ready to bring their full skillset and unlimited creativity to a growing brand. If you thrive with ownership, want to earn extra bonuses based on results, and don't need hand-holding, this is your role.
This position will likely grow into a full-time role with an uncapped bonus/commission plan on top of hourly pay as the company grows. $0.25 per net new follower + $25/qualified inbound lead. Hourly rate based on experience.
What You'll Own
*LinkedIn: Personal Brand (Primary Focus)*
- Build and manage a monthly content calendar for the founder's personal LinkedIn profile
- Write, design, and schedule 3–5 posts per week
- Drive daily community engagement: comments, DMs, follower growth
- Generate inbound leads from C-suite decision makers and HR professionals through organic content and engagement strategy
- Support AdviceHR company brand presence as secondary focus
- Track and report growth metrics, engagement, and inbound lead activity
Some posts will be Christian-based about faith and life. Christianity is not a requirement, but you must be comfortable posting this type of content as part of the content strategy.
*Brand & Visual*
- Create graphics and visual assets for LinkedIn posts and campaigns
- Maintain a consistent, professional visual identity
- Manage and optimize the AdviceHR Google Business Profile
- Support general web presence and online visibility
*Future Growth (Phase 2 — Timeline TBD)*
- Podcast guest speaking coordination and media placements
- Newsletter management and subscriber growth
- Expanded content distribution or other recommendations for lead generation

Existing Tools
LinkedIn, HubSpot, and open to any additional tools needed or tools you bring to the table.
You Must Have
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn for B2B executives or professional services firms
- Demonstrated success growing a LinkedIn presence with inbound leads generated or meetings booked from organic content, specific results required
- Portfolio showing measurable follower and engagement growth with real numbers
- Strong written English at an executive level, as you are ghostwriting for a U.S. consultant
- Experience creating graphics for LinkedIn content
- Ability to work independently, take full ownership, and bring creative ideas without being asked
- Reliable internet and partial overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours
HR or insurance industry experience is a plus.
This Role Is NOT For You If
- Your LinkedIn experience is B2C, lifestyle, or influencer-focused
- You cannot show specific growth metrics or inbound lead results from past clients or at a minimum provide references.
- You need daily direction to produce content
- You have never written for a U.S.-based executive or business
