The Role
As our Email Designer, you’ll take briefs from our strategist and turn them into engaging, conversion-ready email designs. You won’t just design for aesthetics, your work must communicate the message clearly and persuasively, aligning with each brand’s identity and campaign goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Transform briefs into high-quality email designs in Figma
• Create layouts that are visually compelling and optimized for conversions
• Ensure designs communicate the intended message and support campaign strategy
• Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to deliver cohesive campaigns
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across multiple clients
• Stay up-to-date on design best practices for email marketing and eCommerce

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in email design (agency or eCommerce brand experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing your email design work
• Proficiency in Figma
• Understanding of visual communication and marketing principles
• Ability to balance creativity with clarity and performance
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working with eCommerce or DTC brands
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or other email platforms (not required but a plus)
