EVORETRO is seeking a high-level Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales organization. This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, securing high-value partnerships, and leading high-performing sales teams within the collectibles, hobby, or e-commerce industries.
We are looking for a results-driven leader who understands both the collectibles market and modern e-commerce and can develop and execute sales strategies that accelerate business growth while expanding our retail, wholesale, and distribution network.
Required Industry Expertise:
Candidates must have strong experience and in-depth knowledge of:
- Pokémon
- Trading Card Games (TCG)
- Collectibles and Hobby Industry
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in e-commerce, collectibles, consumer products, or a related industry.
- Proven success in developing and managing **B2B, wholesale, retail, and distributor partnerships.
- Extensive experience as a high-performing sales closer, with a proven track record of consistently closing high-value B2B accounts, strategic partnerships, and major retail opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex deals, overcome objections, and consistently exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams while driving measurable business growth.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and digital sales channels.
- Shopify experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
