About the Role

I run three B2B businesses: an AI consultancy (official Anthropic partner) serving enterprise clients in the Gulf, an online education/community business training AI consultants, and ConsultKit: a SaaS platform that gives consultants their own AI consulting engine. I need one full-time creative marketer to own content production across all three.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO:

  • Edit short-form video: talking-head clips, product demos, and screen recordings of ConsultKit — zooms, cursor emphasis, captions, tight pacing. Sometimes I record raw footage and you polish it; sometimes you produce it yourself
  • Turn my ideas, voice notes, and rough drafts into polished LinkedIn posts, carousels, and short-form video edits
  • Design ad creatives and social graphics (Canva or Figma — your choice, output is what matters)
  • Write and adapt offer copy for landing pages, ads, and email — including SaaS positioning for ConsultKit (free trial signups, feature launches, comparison content)
  • Manage the posting calendar across LinkedIn (primary), YouTube, and X
  • Report weekly on what's working with simple numbers, not vanity metrics

WHAT I'M NOT HIRING FOR: ad strategy or media buying decisions. I set strategy and budgets. You execute creative brilliantly. If you also have real ads experience, great — there's a growth path — but the core job is creative execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years doing social/creative work for Western (US/UK/AU) clients
  • Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Descript, or similar) — screen-recording/demo edits especially valued
  • A portfolio. Not a list of tools — actual work you made. At least 3 video pieces and 3 static pieces. If you can't show finished work you're proud of, don't apply
  • Excellent written English — you'll write in my voice for a professional B2B audience
  • Comfortable recording video (screen and camera)
  • Reliable internet, own equipment capable of editing video, available to overlap 9am–1pm Gulf time (GMT+4)
  • Comfortable using creative and AI tools (ScreenStudio/ChatGPT/Claude/Midjourney/Arcads/Heygen/Higgsfield etc) as accelerators — I'll teach you my workflows
  • Bonus: experience marketing a SaaS or digital product (trial funnels, launch content)

COMPENSATION: $550/month full-time (40 hrs/week), paid monthly via Wise, plus 13th month bonus in December. Salaried, not hourly — I care about output, not screenshots. Long-term role with raises tied to results.
