Senior Presentation Designer / PowerPoint Specialist Consulting (remote)

We are recruiting experienced PowerPoint designers from established graphic design / presentation design agencies with 5-10 years working experience for top consulting clients. This is a full-time, long-term and 100% remote role. Join our growing international team with designers from Germany, Ghana, India and Philippines!

Responsibilities:

1) Review and clarify international client requests to meet their unique design requirements.
2) Create consultant-grade PowerPoint slides with clarity and professionalism - this includes complex illustrations and advanced analytical charts / graphs / diagrams with an extreme level of detail and creativity.
3) Collaborate with the team to continuously improve design skills and share best practices.
4) Consistently train to improve both communication and design abilities.
5) Meet deadlines efficiently while managing time effectively in a remote environment
6) Stick to our processes, guidelines and design principles + procedures

Preferred candidate profile:

1) Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an established agency as PowerPoint designer, preferably served Strategy Consulting clients (McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte etc.)
2) Exceptional comprehension and analytical skills in reading, writing, and speaking international business English.
3) Expert knowledge in PowerPoint (usage of add-ins, shortcuts etc)
4) Outstanding attention to detail
5) A reliable internet connection
6) Passion for problem-solving, communication, and creative design
7) Experience with AI design tools in PPT is a plus

Selection process (IMPORTANT):

The role is demanding and very selective.

STAGE 1: Upload your design portfolio with recent PPT examples you've worked on (before-after i.e. input from client and your output - content and logos can be anonymized!). Candidates w/o design portfolio will be declined.

STAGE 2: Shortlisted candidates will receive a design challenge (creating a few slides about yourself in a specified design).

STAGE 3: Selected candidates will be invited for a first video interview which will include a live PPT challenge.

STAGE 4: Final candidates go through final video interview to negotiate contract terms.
