Credit Repair Expert (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Credit Repair Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with the credit repair process, understands credit reporting laws, and can assist clients in improving their credit profiles through accurate dispute handling and credit analysis.

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze clients' credit reports.
Identify inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items for dispute.
Prepare and submit dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors.
Monitor dispute progress and follow up on client cases.
Communicate with clients regarding their credit repair progress.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Stay up to date with credit repair regulations and industry best practices.
Provide recommendations to help clients build and maintain healthy credit.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the credit repair industry.
Strong understanding of credit reporting, dispute processes, and consumer credit laws (including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)).
Experience working with credit repair software such as Credit Repair Cloud (preferred but not required).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Credit Repair Cloud (CRC) or similar CRM/software.
Knowledge of Metro 2 reporting guidelines is a plus.
Previous experience working with U.S.-based credit repair companies.
