About the Role:

We're looking for an Email Marketing Designer with a strong eye for design and a passion for creating engaging marketing email s.

In this role, you'll design promotional email campaigns, build automated email flows, and work closely with our marketing and product teams to create campaigns that customers genuinely enjoy opening.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design eye-catching banners and graphics for weekly email campaigns, automated email s, and web pages
• Build, manage, and optimise email automations using our email marketing platform
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to plan upcoming promotions
• Keep up to date with email design trends and e-commerce best practices

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in graphic design and/or email marketing
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital or email design work
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
• Understanding of email layout, hierarchy, and responsive design
• Someone who enjoys creating work that's both visually appealing and effective

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with e-commerce brands
• Experience building automated email flows or customer segments
• An interest in the outdoors, boating, fishing, or camping
