Final Cut Pro Video Editor

We are looking for an independent, creative, and reliable video editor to join our YouTube channel, NulaCruising We produce cinematic, engaging travel videos 10–15 minute's long.

We upload once a week, so you must be able to manage a consistent weekly production schedule independently. We will provide the raw footage, script, voice over narrative, and music tracks.

Responsibilities:
-Footage management & assembly.
-Audio alignment & story structure development.
-Pacing & B-roll selection
-Music integration
-Color grading & correction
-Sound design & audio mixing
-Graphics, lower-thirds &subtitles
-Revisions (2-3 rounds) based on structured feedback & final delivery within a 7 day, a strict weekly, schedule.

Requirements:
-Software: Must be highly proficient in Final Cut Pro (FCPX). Please do not apply if you only use Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
-Hardware: Must own a modern Mac computer M1, M2, M3, or M4 Apple Silicon preferred capable of editing 4K/HD footage smoothly.
-Creative Style: A strong sense of musicality, timing, and pacing. Prior experience editing music videos, travel vlogs, or high-energy montages is a massive plus.
-Autonomy: High level of independence—you can make smart creative choices and solve visual workflow issues without needing every cut micro-managed.
-Technical Reliable, high-speed internet connection for downloading large video asset packages.

Compensation & Hours:

• PartTime retainer covering 4 completed videos per month. Weekly deadline schedule.
• Compensation: 24,500 to 37,000 Pesos per month.

-Position starts with a single, fully-paid trial video to test communication workflow, asset transfer, and creative chemistry.
