Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting GP clinics, allied health clinics, or NDIS providers
Familiarity with Australian healthcare processes
Experience with Medicare, referrals, care plans, or NDIS administration
Required Experience
Previous experience working with Australian healthcare providers
Hands-on experience using Best Practice Premier and/or Splose
Experience managing appointments, patient records, and clinical administration
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Responsibilities
Manage appointments and scheduling
Update and maintain patient records
Handle patient inquiries via phone and email
Assist with referrals, documentation, and administrative tasks
Support practitioners with day-to-day practice administration
Ensure accurate data entry and record management
