Reliable Appointment Setter Wanted — $20 Per Booked Call — AI Company (US Hours, Long Term)

We are a growing AI automation company based in Los Angeles working with med spas and local businesses across the US. We need one reliable, experienced appointment setter to join our small outbound team immediately.
We have had issues with people accepting the role and going silent. If that is you, please do not apply. We are looking for someone who shows up, communicates, and takes this seriously as a real income opportunity.
What you will do:

Call leads from a provided list every day
Follow a proven script we give you
Book 15-minute calls onto our closer's calendar
Log every call in a shared tracker after each dial
Send a daily recap at end of every shift

This is simple work for the right person. You are not selling anything — you are having conversations and booking meetings. Our closer handles everything after that.
Pay:

$4/hr base while working + $20 per qualified booked call that shows up
Weekly payments every Friday
No cap on commission — strong performers make $ ---------- +/month

You are a great fit if:

You have real cold calling or appointment setting experience for US companies
You show up every day and communicate if something comes up
Your English is clear and confident on the phone
You are available during US Pacific business hours
You take this seriously as an income source — not a side experiment

You ghost without notice
You have never done outbound calling before
You are looking for guaranteed hourly with no performance component
