Job Title: B2B Marketing Lead & Digital Strategist (GoHighLevel & Strategy)

Are you a hybrid marketer who blends high-level B2B storytelling with strategic campaign orchestration?

CDM Direct is a premium provider of Human-Led, AI-Powered outsourced services and customer experience solutions for major brands across Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking a highly autonomous Marketing Lead based in the Philippines to take ownership of our digital marketing strategy, drive inbound lead generation, and serve as the central project orchestrator for our digital footprint.

This is an independent contractor role, engaged through our parent holding company, TKW Collective NZ Ltd.
This is not a generalist content role. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can own our B2B narrative, architect complex CRM pipelines, and smartly manage external technical specialists to deliver high-end digital outcomes at optimal costs.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the B2B Narrative: Write compelling, executive-level omnichannel content (LinkedIn thought leadership, case studies, long-form assets) that cements CDM Direct as an industry authority.
  • Orchestrate Campaigns: Design, build, and manage high-impact inbound and outbound B2B campaigns and complex lead nurturing flows entirely within GoHighLevel.
  • Manage Technical Execution: Identify when advanced technical skills are needed (e.g., Generative Engine Optimisation, complex SEO, WordPress dev). You will source, brief, and aggressively manage freelance specialists to execute these tasks to a high standard within budget.
  • Drive the Digital Strategy: Act as the trusted advisor to the CEO, leveraging data and CRM analytics to ensure all marketing activities directly feed the sales pipeline.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5–7 years of dedicated experience executing B2B brand strategy and marketing complex solutions to senior decision-makers.
  • Hands-on expertise utilising GoHighLevel for advanced campaign automation.
  • Proven experience acting as a digital project manager—briefing and managing external freelancers to achieve cost-effective technical results.
  • A decisive business mindset with exceptional, native-level English copywriting and verbal communication skills.

Contractor Engagement Terms & Fees:

  • Engagement Type: Independent Contractor – Remote (Philippines-based).
  • Contracting Entity: TKW Collective NZ Ltd. Contractors are responsible for their own local taxes and statutory obligations.
  • Hours: Full-time equivalent (40 hours per week) aligned with Australian Business Hours (AEST/AEDT).
  • Base Rate: PHP 80,000 to PHP 130,000+ per month, dependent on capability and experience, invoiced monthly.
  • End-of-Year Bonus: An invoiced bonus equivalent to one month’s standard fees (pro-rata), payable in December (acting as a 13th-month equivalent).
  • HMO Allowance: An annual allowance of PHP 50,000 provided upon the successful completion of a 12-month qualifying period, designed to cover the contractor and one dependent.
  • Technology & Infrastructure Allowance: A monthly stipend of PHP 3,000 provided to ensure a premium remote setup. This is designed to support the provision of high-specification laptop hardware, robust enterprise-grade broadband, comprehensive uninterruptible power supply (UPS) backups, and business-tier LLM/AI software subscriptions.
  • Paid Service Breaks: Upon reaching a 12-month qualifying period, the contractor is eligible for 10 days of paid downtime during the annual Australian corporate Christmas shutdown period (when our ANZ operation is on vacation), and up to 5 days of paid sick leave per annum (supported by a medical certificate).
