Experienced Virtual Assistant needed! (Paid 7-Day Trial)

I am looking for an experienced VA who is smart, fast and works hard. We're growing and need a detail-oriented tech and design VA to keep our systems and visuals running smoothly!

I’m the founder of Feel Great with Kait and I help high-performing professionals stop trading their health for their wealth.

Requirements:
1. Experience scheduling email s to be sent to current and future clients.
2. Experience creating materials in Canva (ie. Instagram Posts, Client resources, PDFs).
3. Ability to meet deadlines on time.

Tasks could include:

• Scheduling email s in the CRM
• Creating blog posts on our website
• Creating on-brand graphics, promo assets, and webinar slides in Canva
• Connecting funnel pages so email signups flow into the CRM tagged and organized, with zero leads lost
• Building pages: waitlist opt-in, thank-you, checkout, sales, and webinar pages
• Testing every single link and page before it goes live (this is the job we love you most for)
• Keeping our ---------- board current so we always know where things stand

You're our person if you:

• Extremely familiar with Canva and know how to make things look clean and on-brand
• Are comfortable building and connecting pages ( ---------- experience is a plus)
• Consistently check your work to ensure you followed instructions
• Are reliable, proactive, and know when to ask for help.

The setup: Part-time, starting with a paid 7-day trial. Do great work and it grows into a steady 10+ hours per week with opportunity to grow beyond that. If it works out and you crush it, chosen candidate(s) will be eligible for a raise after 60 days.
