We're looking for a technically minded problem solver who enjoys investigating issues, testing software, and helping ensure our platform runs smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who likes troubleshooting, working closely with developers, and improving product quality.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide technical support for internal users and merchants.
- Investigate software issues and identify root causes.
- Reproduce bugs and document clear steps for developers.
- Perform manual testing on new features before release.
- Create and execute test cases and regression tests.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Monitor system behavior and proactively identify potential problems.
- Assist with software configuration and setup.
- Document technical processes, known issues, and solutions.
- Work closely with developers, operations, and customer support teams to improve the platform.
- Suggest improvements that enhance product quality and user experience.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Comfortable learning new software quickly.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Able to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in Software QA or Software Testing.
- Experience providing software or technical support.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, Linear, Trello, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of APIs and JSON.
- Experience using Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Understanding of eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or eBay.
- Experience with Google Sheets and spreadsheets.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
