We are looking for an experienced Wholesale Sourcing Specialist to help identify brands, contact manufacturers and distributors, and open new wholesale accounts for resale on Amazon and Walmart.
Responsibilities
Research brands and products with strong potential on Amazon and Walmart
Contact brands, manufacturers, and authorized distributors by email and phone
Complete wholesale applications and follow up with prospective suppliers
Clearly explain our company, sales channels, and partnership capabilities
Confirm whether suppliers permit sales on Amazon, Walmart, and other online marketplaces
Request wholesale pricing, catalogs, minimum order requirements, MAP policies, and account terms
Review catalogs and price lists for profitable products
Maintain detailed records of outreach, responses, follow-ups, and account status
Build long-term relationships with brands rather than simply requesting price lists
Help position our company as a professional e-commerce partner capable of improving listings, maintaining pricing standards, and growing a brand’s online presence
Qualifications
Experience with wholesale sourcing, brand outreach, account opening, sales, or business development
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Professional and persistent follow-up skills
Comfortable communicating with manufacturers, distributors, and brand representatives
Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Keepa, SellerAmp, SmartScout, or similar tools is preferred
Understanding of wholesale pricing, MAP policies, authorized reseller requirements, and marketplace restrictions is a plus
