We're looking for an Operations Manager who thrives on bringing order to complexity, keeping teams aligned, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. If you're proactive, analytical, and enjoy solving operational challenges before they become problems, we'd love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate daily operations across multiple teams and departments.
- Keep projects moving by following up on tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare clear daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Identify bottlenecks, investigate root causes, and implement practical solutions.
- Ensure operational processes are followed and continuously improved.
- Keep management informed of critical issues, risks, and opportunities.
- Work closely with Customer Support, Merchant Success, Onboarding, Product Upload, and other operational teams.
- Create and improve SOPs, workflows, and documentation.
- Drive accountability by ensuring assigned tasks are completed on time.
- Help maintain smooth day-to-day operations—the person who keeps the lights on.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of experience in Operations Management, Project Management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability with a focus on finding long-term solutions.
- Highly proactive—you identify issues before they become problems.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple teams simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and operational reporting.
- Experience with project management tools such as ---------- , Trello, or similar.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A mindset focused on ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in eCommerce or marketplace operations.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or inventory management systems.
- Experience creating dashboards or working with operational KPIs.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or business analytics tools.
