About the Role

For our Spanish dropshipping business, we are looking forward to hitting 7 figures this year. Therefore, we are looking for a highly developed Customer Support Agent with experience in Dropshipping and Shopify to be part of a new team in our organization. This is for a long-term position.

You must understand the importance of customer satisfaction and have excellent communication skills. Therefore, please include the word "STRAWBERRY" in the subject line of your application. Please answer the following questions if you are interested.

  • Do you have experience working in Customer Support?
  • Do you have experience with Shopify?
  • Do you have experience handling customer email s, complaints, refunds, and order issues?
  • Do you have experience with customer support platforms or email management tools?
  • Are you available for 3-4 hours a day, 7 days a week?

As a Customer Support Agent you have:

  • Experience in Customer Support (Must!)
  • Good communication skills (Must!)
  • Experience in Shopify (Must!)
  • Experience handling refunds, returns, order issues, and customer complaints (Must!)
  • Experience with email customer support (Must!)

Your duties will be:

  • Answering customer email s and support requests daily.
  • Handling customer complaints, order issues, refunds, and returns according to our company policies.
  • Communicating professionally and clearly with customers.
  • Communicating with tea ---------- mbers who participate in the same process.
  • Being aware of all open customer cases and making sure there are no delays.
  • Updating the Google Sheet with customer cases and following the instructions given.
  • WORKFLOW IS PROVIDED THROUGH EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS
  • CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN THE TEAM
  • VIDEO TRAINING IS PROVIDED AS WELL
