Graphic Designer For Ad Creatives

We're looking for a graphic designer to create high-performing ad creative for our clients (medical spas in the US). This is a production + creative role — you'll be making the ads that get our clients patients.

What you'll do:

1. Brand client ads — apply each client's branding (logo, colours, style) to our ad templates so every ad looks on-brand and professional.

2. Create new graphics in Canva — design fresh ad creative from briefs: offers, promotions, hooks, testimonials.

3. Create before/after images using Higgsfield (AI tool — we'll show you how) — produce realistic, compelling before/after visuals for treatments.

4. Research the Meta Ad Library — find winning ad variations and new concepts worth testing, and bring us ideas.

What we're looking for:

• Real experience designing ad creative (Facebook /Instagram ads) — not just logos or brochures. Show us ads you've made.
• Strong Canva skills (Photoshop/Illustrator a plus).
• An eye for what makes an ad convert — scroll-stopping, clear offer, not just pretty.
• Comfortable learning new tools (like Higgsfield).
• Proactive — you bring ideas, you don't just wait for briefs.

The details:

• Part-time to start: 20 hrs/week, $5/hr — grows with performance and as we scale.
• Remote.
