Virtual Sales Assistant (Remote)

We're looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who want to build a career in sales. Whether you're starting your sales journey or have some customer-facing experience, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

As a Virtual Sales Assistant, you'll help identify potential clients, initiate conversations, qualify opportunities, and support the sales process from first contact through follow-up. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, is eager to learn, and wants to grow in a fast-paced international environment.

This is a full-time, fully remote position. A stable internet connection and your own computer are required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach to potential clients through chat.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Build rapport with prospective clients and understand their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Friendly, confident, and professional communication style.
  • Customer service, sales, call center, or virtual assistant experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Comfortable speaking with new people and handling both inbound and outbound communication.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Willingness to learn CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Stable internet connection and a personal computer.
