About the Role

ABOUT THIS ROLE
We're looking for a highly motivated and multi-talented Virtual Assistant to join our growing group homes business on a part-time basis. You'll be the driving force behind our business development, marketing, and operational initiatives—helping us scale our capacity and reach the right clients. This is a hands-on role where you'll wear multiple hats and help us build systems from the ground up.

IMPORTANT: Since this role involves phone outreach, we require all applicants to submit a short voice recording (1-2 minutes) along with their application so we can hear how you communicate over the phone. Instructions are included in the "How to Apply" section below.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Lead Generation

Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify and engage potential referral sources
Send outreach email s to build relationships with key stakeholders and referral partners
Use Apollo to research and scrape domain/contact information for targeted outreach
Create and implement a follow-up system to nurture leads through the sales pipeline
Track and report on lead generation metrics and conversion rates

Marketing & Content Creation

Develop a cohesive brand kit in Canva (including logos, color palettes, fonts, templates)
Design and create marketing flyers, social media graphics, and promotional content
Manage our Facebook Business Page (posting, engagement, community management)
Manage our LinkedIn page (posting industry insights, updates, engagement)
Develop social media strategy to attract our target audience (group home operators, families, referral partners)
Create engaging content that drives engagement and attracts referral sources

Website & Digital Presence

Implement strategies to improve website SEO and increase organic traffic
Monitor click-through rates and traffic metrics
Collaborate on optimizing website content for lead generation
Manage digital files and ensure proper organization of all web assets

Documentation & Administrative Systems

Manage digital files and organize onboarding documentation
Upload and create documents in JotForm, Adobe, and/or DocuSign
Develop standardized templates for common documents
Help establish and organize file management systems
Assist with creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as systems are being developed

Operational Support

Be flexible and adaptable—we're still building out our systems, so you'll work collaboratively as we establish processes
Help identify inefficiencies and suggest solutions
Contribute ideas for improving workflows and operations
Support the owner in any additional tasks needed to fill beds and grow the business

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar business development/marketing role
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Experience with cold calling and email outreach (B2B or business development background preferred)
Proficiency in: Canva, social media management platforms, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, document management systems, Apollo (or willingness to learn), JotForm, Adobe, or DocuSign
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Problem-solving mindset - able to work in a developing environment and help create solutions
Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager and ---------- is a plus
Basic SEO knowledge or willingness to learn

Fully Remote - work from anywhere in the Philippines

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Time Zone: This position requires working on Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours — no exceptions. Please only apply if you are able to commit to working EST hours consistently.
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday (part-time, 20 hrs/week)
Starting Pay: $4.00/hour (part-time)
Commission: $50 per successful onboarding — earned for each person you help move into a home
Pay Schedule: Weekly, paid via Remitly
Probationary Period: 90 days. Upon successful completion (meeting deadlines, quality of work, and reliability), your hourly rate will increase.
Growth Potential: This is a starting rate with room to grow as you prove yourself and take on more responsibility.
