Young Jacked & Rich is looking for hungry, fast, disciplined people who want to get paid to start conversations, create opportunities, and book qualified sales calls.

This is NOT a regular job.

This is for someone who wants to learn sales, online business, fitness marketing, discipline, and how a real coaching company operates behind the scenes.

Your job is simple:

Start conversations.
Follow the script.
Qualify leads.
Book calls on the calendar.
Hit your KPIs.
Get paid.

If you can consistently book qualified calls, you can make up to $1,500 USD/month with base pay, commissions, and performance bonuses.

Top setters who book 10+ qualified calls per week will be rewarded heavily.

Fast replying

You do NOT need to be a fitness expert.
You do NOT need years of sales experience.
You DO need discipline, speed, and the ability to follow the YJR system.

What you’ll be doing:

Messaging leads on Instagram/Facebook
Starting conversations with potential clients
Using the YJR DM scripts
Qualifying people for coaching
Booking calls on the sales calendar
Reporting your numbers daily
Staying locked in during your shift

Expected KPIs:

200+ messages per shift
Fast replies
Daily end-of-day report
Qualified conversations started
Calls booked on calendar
Consistent weekly performance

Compensation:

Base pay available for serious setters
Commission for booked qualified calls
Bonus for calls that show up
Bonus for clients who close
Weekly performance bonuses
Monthly top-setter bonuses
Extra pay for setters who consistently book 10+ calls per week
