Your Schedule

You will work:

Wednesday through Sunday

Consistency and reliability are extremely important. We need someone who can show up ready to execute during every scheduled shift.

Starting Pay

$450 USD per month

This is the starting compensation for the position.

As YJR continues to grow, we want team members who prove themselves through strong performance, consistency, leadership, coachability, and the ability to produce results.

Your Performance Standards

We believe in clear expectations. You should always know exactly what winning looks like.

Your KPIs will include:

Per Shift:

420 outbound DMs
3+ proposed calls

Per Week:

2,100 outbound DMs
13+ proposed calls
7 booked calls

Your performance will be measured through a simple scoreboard:

DMs sent ? conversations created ? calls proposed ? calls booked

We understand that not every day will be perfect. What matters is how you respond.

When your numbers are strong, we want you to understand why.

When your numbers are low, we want you to become curious, study the problem, accept coaching, make adjustments, and actively search for a solution.

ChatGPT Plus Is Required

Our team uses ChatGPT as a major part of our appointment-setting system and daily workflow.

You must have your own active ChatGPT Plus subscription or be willing to get one immediately.
