About the Role

We're looking for a creative AI Storytelling Video Producer who can take a creative direction or storyboard and develop it into an emotionally compelling video — enhancing the vision, not replacing it. This role spans social media, marketing campaigns, and educational content across multiple platforms.

This is not a standard video editing role. We need someone who thinks like a storyteller — who understands emotion, pacing, and audience psychology — and uses AI tools to bring ideas to life in a way that elevates the original concept.

What You'll Do

• Receive creative briefs, scripts, or storyboards and develop them into polished AI-generated videos
• Create cinematic content using platforms like HeyGen, Google Veo, Runway, Kling, Hailuo, and ElevenLabs
• Build and maintain consistent AI avatars and character continuity
• Add music, captions, motion graphics, and branding
• Match visuals to narration with natural pacing and emotional flow
• Optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook , YouTube, and websites
• Present concepts and recommendations before production begins
• Communicate progress regularly and flag roadblocks early

• Can take a creative direction or brief and develop it further — you enhance the idea, you don't replace it
• Naturally ask "what should the audience feel?" before touching a timeline
• Share work-in-progress rather than waiting until something is finished
• Bring creative suggestions, not just questions
• Can follow a locked brand standard while adding your own storytelling instinct
• Are organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
