Important: You must be experienced, comfortable and effective with creating various reports daily in order to be able to manage a high volume of Job Posts daily!

Requirements:
Experience working on US Projects
Have experience creating a high volume of job ads previiously
Be able work US EST Hours
Experience creating job ads from scratch
Knowledge of creating reports to monitor job ad performance daily
Experience creating ads for Indeed and Zip Recruiter

We are seeking an expert recruiting professional not to recruit but to focus 100% on Developing effective job ad copy to maximize quality and quantity of applying candidates. You must really be an expert at creating compelling job ads and have a vast amount of experience working with and positing on the job boards and social media. You will be creating new fresh and compelling job ads daily and manage over 2,000 live job ads posted on all the major job boards including social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating and developing engaging job ad campaigns and content on major job boards and social media.

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented creative writing professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for writing compelling self- created ads for various job board websites. Your primary task will be to self- create new fresh compelling ad copy daily (Not looking for an AI Copy Cat) This position requires someone with strong attention to detail, a keen sense of how to create effective ad copy that will attract a high volume of quality candidates, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Employment Ad Copy writing experience along with expert level knowledge of how to maneuver and effectively post on the Indeed and other major job boards along with social media is a must.

Work Scope:

  • Self-Create job ads and post daily on Indeed
  • Write compelling, original ad copy and job titles that attract quality candidates(Not looking for a Chat GPT Copy and Paster)
  • Regularly update and optimize existing ads to maximize visibility
  • Maintain and manage our ad tracking system/database to ensure performance
  • Monitor ad performance and flag underperforming campaigns for revision

Qualifications:

  • Experience with creating and posting jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.
  • Experience writing catchy, clear, and professional ad copy
  • Have strong attention to detail and are organized with data
  • Understand how to identify and attract the right type of candidates
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with spreadsheets or job ad management tools

Important:

  • Prior experience in recruiting focused on ad creation and posting a high volume of ads daily in the US Market is a MUST
  • Understanding of SEO or keyword optimization for job postings is a MUST
