Kajabi Expert & Automation Specialist (Courses, Email Drips, & SMS)

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Kajabi Expert to help us build out our online courses, launch marketing funnels, manage our blog, set up high-converting email drip campaigns, and integrate automated text/SMS messaging.

If you live and breathe Kajabi, understand how to build seamless user journeys, and know how to connect third-party SMS tools (like Zapier, Twilio, or ClickSend) to Kajabi events, we want to hear from you! This is a [Full-Time / Part-Time / Project-Based] position with room for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Funnel & Pipeline Building: Design, build, and optimize complete marketing funnels within Kajabi (including landing pages, opt-ins, sales pages, checkout flows, and upsell/downsell offers).

Course Creation & Setup: Build, format, and structure course products, modules, and lessons within Kajabi based on provided content.

Blog Content Management: Set up, format, and publish blog posts inside Kajabi, ensuring clean layouts, proper image optimization, and great readability.

Email Drip Campaigns: Set up automated email sequences (drip campaigns) tied to specific student or lead behaviors (e.g., lead magnet downloads, course purchase, cart abandonment).

SMS/Text Integration: Attach and automate text messaging triggers to funnels and courses (e.g., sending a welcome text upon registration or reminders for course milestones) using Zapier or native integrations.

QA Testing: Thoroughly test the entire user journey—from landing page signup to email /SMS delivery to checkout—before launch.

Requirements & Qualifications
Proven Kajabi Expertise: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience building courses, funnels/pipelines, and managing blogs inside Kajabi. (Portfolio or examples required).

Funnel Strategy: Strong understanding of conversion optimization, landing page design best practices, and user experience layout.

Automation Skills: Proven experience using Zapier (or similar tools) to connect Kajabi with SMS marketing platforms (such as Twilio, ClickSend, SimpleTexting, etc.).

Tech Savvy & Problem Solver: You know how to troubleshoot tech issues independently when integrations don't talk to each other perfectly.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Reliability: Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.

Shift and Compensation
Schedule: FLEXIBLE
Salary: $6 to $8 per hour depending on experience.
