About the Role
We're looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Manager who understands how to create engaging content that builds trust—not just views.
This isn't a "post three times a day" job.
We want someone who can help tell our story, educate business owners, and showcase how our solutions solve real business problems.
You'll work directly with the founder to turn ideas into content that attracts customers.
What You'll Do
-Plan and manage our content calendar
-Create engaging content for:
-Facebook
-Instagram
-LinkedIn
-TikTok
-YouTube Shorts
-Write captions and social media copy
-Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts
-Design graphics using Canva (or similar tools)
-Edit short videos and reels
-Schedule posts
-Monitor engagement and respond to comments when appropriate
-Research trends within AI, technology, and home service industries
-Track analytics and suggest improvements
-Help us build a consistent brand voice across every platform
We're Looking For Someone Who
-Has experience managing business social media accounts
-Has a portfolio of content they've created
-Writes excellent English
-Understands short-form video content
-Knows how to make educational content interesting
-Is organized and meets deadlines
-Can work independently without constant supervision
-Brings ideas instead of waiting for instructions
-Has a strong eye for branding and design
