Compensation & Growth

Starting Salary: $600/month

We believe loyalty and great work should be rewarded.

Salary Growth
Months 1–4: $600/month
Months 5–8: $650/month
Months 9–12: $700/month
Months 13–16: $750/month

In addition to salary increases, we also offer:

What You'll Be Doing

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and short-form videos.
• Help promote Casa de Bloom events.
• Welcome new members into our community.
• Respond to comments and messages.
• Keep our online communities active and engaging.
• Organize registrations and attendee lists.
• Assist guests before and after events.
• Occasionally communicate with guests by phone.
• Keep the team updated with clear progress reports throughout the day.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, communicates well, and is always looking for ways to improve.

Who We're Looking For

• Have experience creating Reels or short-form videos.
• Are highly organized and dependable.
