We are a fast-growing online trading education company helping everyday people learn chart analysis, market structure, risk management, and futures trading through live classes, webinars, mentorship programs, and a private ---------- community.

We're looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel specialist who can help optimize our systems, automate our processes, improve follow-up, and support business growth.

This is NOT an entry-level VA position.

We want someone who thinks like an operator and problem solver.

Responsibilities

#### GoHighLevel Management

  • Build and optimize funnels, websites, forms, and landing pages
  • Create and manage workflows and automations
  • Build nurture sequences for leads and students
  • Manage CRM pipelines
  • Set up tags, triggers, opportunities, and segmentation
  • Improve lead follow-up systems
  • Create reporting dashboards
  • Track conversion rates across funnels

#### Email & SMS Marketing

  • Build email campaigns
  • Create automated nurture sequences
  • Schedule broadcasts and promotional campaigns
  • Monitor open rates, click rates, and conversions
  • Assist with webinar promotion campaigns
  • Optimize follow-up sequences for leads and students

#### Sales & Lead Management

  • Monitor incoming leads
  • Ensure all leads receive timely follow-up
  • Improve appointment booking processes
  • Help increase webinar attendance rates
  • Improve lead-to-student conversion rates
  • Maintain clean CRM records

#### Community & Student Operations

  • Support onboarding processes
  • Ensure students receive access to programs and resources
  • Manage replay distribution after live classes
  • Coordinate communication between students and tea ---------- mbers
  • Support ---------- announcements and reminders

#### Business Operations

  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Suggest process improvements
  • Create SOPs and documentation
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics
  • Assist with scaling operations

Required Skills

  • Strong written English
  • Excellent attention to detail

Hours & Compensation

  • Part-Time
