KP, Inc. is a fast-growing home care agency serving older adults. We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant whose primary focus will be recruiting exceptional caregivers. If you enjoy finding talent, communicating with people, and helping build high-performing teams, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Your primary responsibility is recruiting caregivers and keeping our hiring pipeline full.
Responsibilities include:
- Post and refresh job advertisements
- Source qualified candidates across multiple job boards and social media
- Review applications and screen candidates
- Schedule video interviews
- Send email and text follow-ups
- Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (Hireology)
- Track recruiting metrics and provide weekly updates
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of caregiver candidates
- Assist with recruiting for occasional office positions
- Provide general administrative support as needed
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office
- Ability to work during overlapping U.S. Eastern Time business hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare or caregiver recruiting experience
- Experience with Hireology, Indeed, Facebook Jobs, or similar recruiting platforms
- Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses
Compensation
- ?45,000–?70,000 PHP (depending on experience and qualifications
- Performance bonuses based on recruiting results
