Creative Strategist/Copywriter/Creative Writer for Ecom Ads

We are looking for a sharp and experienced Creative Strategist & Copywriter who knows how to engineer winning e-com ads. We are an aggressively scaling e-commerce brand looking for a sharp, independent, and action-oriented Creative Strategist to join our tight-knit team.

Compensation
1000$/month for 30 video ad concepts and 10 static ad concepts per month. Bonuses up to $600 per concept for winner ads.

The Role
As our Creative Strategist and Copywriter, you will independently own the creative research and scriptwriting process for our ad campaigns. You’ll be breaking down customer desires, be up-to-date on market trends, and building high-converting visual and text-based ad blueprints.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting deep-dive market research to find hidden customer pain points, desires, and angles.
• Writing high-converting, psychological ad scripts and concepts for both video and static ads.
• Utilizing AI tools to make your research and scriptwriting process faster
• Designing clear frameworks (hooks, transitions, CTAs) that our production team can easily execute.

Requirements

• Proven track record of ideating and writing high-performing ads
• Independent problem-solver who doesn't need constant supervision
• Deeply understands ad algorithms, metrics, and what makes creative content convert
• To confirm you’ve read everything, start your application with “I write killer ads.”

• Serious interest in a long-term, full-time role
• B1 or better English level
