KP, Inc. is seeking a professional, compassionate, and highly organized Virtual Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, family members, caregivers, referral partners, and the public.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and creating exceptional customer experiences over the phone.
What You'll Do
You'll manage inbound communications while ensuring every caller receives outstanding service.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer inbound phone calls professionally and warmly
- Respond to general inquiries about our services
- Schedule consultations for prospective clients
- Schedule caregiver interviews and orientation appointments
- Route calls to the appropriate tea ---------- mber
- Respond to email s and text messages
- Maintain accurate records in company systems
- Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Follow up with prospective clients and applicants
- Support administrative projects as assigned
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of customer service, call center, receptionist, or administrative experience
- Outstanding spoken and written English
- Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask while remaining calm under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Quiet, professional home office
- Ability to work during overlapping U.S. Eastern Time business hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare customer service experience
- Experience answering multi-line phone systems
- Experience scheduling appointments
- CRM or scheduling software experience
- Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses
Compensation
?45,000–?60,000/month
Competitive monthly salary based on experience
