About the Role

Corporate Housing Acquisition Specialist (Part time for starters but will grow into full time)
About Us

We are a growing corporate housing and short-term rental company based in Las Vegas. We provide fully furnished housing for traveling professionals, including travel nurses, airline crew members, corporate employees, and construction teams.

We are now expanding into new markets and are looking for a highly motivated tea ---------- mber to help identify and secure new property opportunities.

Position Overview

This is primarily a business development and acquisition role. Your main responsibility will be finding apartment communities, property managers, and homeowners who may be interested in partnering with our company.

A small portion of the role will involve assisting with Airbnb and corporate housing operations, such as guest communication, listing updates, and basic photo editing.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with property owners and managers.

Primary Responsibilities (80%)
Research apartment complexes and property management companies
Find landlords and homeowners who may allow corporate leases
Build and maintain lead lists
Send outreach email s and messages
Make outbound calls to property managers and owners
Follow up with leads
Schedule appointments and meetings
Maintain CRM and lead tracking systems
Identify new market opportunities
Perform internet research related to property acquisition

Secondary Responsibilities (20%)
Respond to guest inquiries when needed
Assist with Airbnb messaging and customer service
Update listing information
Organize property information and documents
Perform basic photo editing for listings
Assist with administrative tasks related to corporate housing operations

Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong internet research skills
Comfortable making outbound calls
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Reliable internet connection
Experience with Google Sheets and Google Docs
Ability to work independently
Professional communication skills

Preferred but Not Required
Airbnb or short-term rental experience
Sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience
CRM experience
Basic photo editing experience
Performance Expectations

Success in this role will be measured by results, including:
New leads identified
Outreach completed
Qualified conversations generated
Appointments booked
Property opportunities sourced
Accuracy of CRM and lead tracking
