About the Role
I'm looking for a high-output generalist to take early-stage business ideas from concept to revenue. You'll work directly with me to execute on a pipeline of ventures, owning the unglamorous work of turning an idea into something that actually makes money. This is a builder's role, not a strategy role. If you like shipping over planning and want exposure to many businesses instead of one, this is for you.
This position will last for 12 months. If you are good, you will get the opportunity to sign a 3-year contract.
What You'll Do
Take raw ideas and turn them into functioning, revenue-generating businesses
Own digital marketing execution: landing pages, social media, email outreach, paid ads, SEO basics, and content
Handle whatever else a given venture needs: market research, sourcing suppliers or contractors, writing copy, managing basic operations
Test ideas quickly, find out what works, and kill or scale based on results
Set up the tools, accounts, and systems each business needs to run
Manage day-to-day execution across multiple ventures at once
Report progress clearly and flag what's working and what isn't
What I'm Looking For
Recent college graduate
Familiarity with digital marketing: you understand how to drive traffic and convert it, whether through social, email , paid ads, or content
Genuine jack-of-all-trades: comfortable wearing every hat and learning whatever the task requires
Willing and able to work U.S. business hours
Resourceful and self-directed; you figure things out without hand-holding
Strong written English and clear communicator
Comfortable with ambiguity and frequent context-switching between unrelated projects
Scrappy and execution-obsessed; you'd rather launch something rough today than perfect it next month
Tech-comfortable: can pick up new software, web tools, and AI tools fast
Bonus: any prior experience freelancing, running a side hustle, or building anything of your own
