About the Role
WhipScores Corporation is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Amazon Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of our Amazon Seller Central account. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Amazon FBA/FBM, understands Amazon’s policies, and can independently manage store operations while helping drive growth.
Responsibilities
Manage Amazon Seller Central account daily.
Create and optimize product listings using SEO best practices.
Conduct keyword and competitor research.
Upload products, images, and A+ Content.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking.
Process orders and resolve fulfillment issues.
Respond to customer messages professionally within Amazon guidelines.
Handle returns, refunds, reimbursements, and claims.
Open and manage Amazon Seller Support cases.
Monitor account health and policy compliance.
Assist with Amazon PPC campaigns (experience preferred).
Generate weekly performance reports and sales analytics.
Research profitable products and market trends.
Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders when needed.
Maintain accurate spreadsheets and operational records.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Amazon VA experience.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
Experience with Amazon FBA and FBM.
Understanding of Amazon listing optimization.
Familiarity with Amazon account health and compliance.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace.

Working Hours
Monday – Friday
40 hours per week
Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
