Live Video Receptionist

We're hiring a Live Video Call Appointment Setter to be the on-camera face of our clients' businesses.
This is a standby role — perfect as a side hustle for someone who already has a full-time remote job. You won't be on calls all day. You'll be on standby during your shift and jump on a live video call whenever a website visitor requests one, typically handling only 1–10 calls per shift.
What you'll do:

Be available and camera-ready from 9 AM – 6 PM CST, Monday–Friday
Answer live video calls from website visitors on behalf of our clients
Greet visitors professionally, on camera, as their support agent
Collect the visitor's name and phone number
Schedule qualified visitors into an appointment with the client

Requirements:

A quiet, well-lit, professional-looking space for video calls
Presentable, camera-ready appearance every shift (this is a live, on-camera support role)
Reliable internet and webcam
Available 9 AM–6 PM CST, Mon–Fri (standby, not constant calls)
Must maintain a 95% pickup rate during your shift
Must collect name + phone number on at least 80% of calls
Must convert at least 50% of calls into a scheduled appointment

Pay structure (per client you manage):

$50/month base pay per client
$10 for every appointment you successfully set
Example: 2 appointments/day × 5 days/week = $100/week in appointment pay ? $400/month + $50 base = $450/month per client
You can be assigned multiple clients, so pay scales with how many accounts you manage and how well you perform

Payout schedule:

Appointment pay: weekly
Base pay: monthly
