Instead of spending large amounts on marketing, we use research, data, and public records to identify exceptional investment opportunities.

Our goal is to build the best Property Intelligence team in the industry.

We are looking for someone who loves researching, solving problems, and finding information that others miss.
No real estate experience is required.
We will teach the right person.

Your Mission
Your mission is simple:
Research properties and help us d ---------- whether we should BUY, MAYBE, or PASS.
Your work will directly influence where our company invests hundreds of thousands—and eventually millions—of dollars.

What You'll Do
Every day you will research properties using public records, maps, county websites, and online databases.

You will:
Research property ownership
Estimate market value using comparable sales
Research tax information
Review GIS maps
Review zoning and land use
Analyze road access
Identify landlocked properties
Research flood zones and terrain
Research utilities
Research probate records when needed
Research business ownership records
Estimate investment costs
Estimate resale value
Estimate ROI
Recommend a maximum purchase price
Prepare a short investment summary

Training and written procedures will be provided.

For every property, you'll answer questions like:

What is this property worth?
How much should we pay?
How much additional money will we invest?
How much profit could we make?
How long will it take?
What are the biggest risks?
Should we BUY, MAYBE, or PASS?
