About the Role

GoHighLevel Fulfillment Specialist | Long-Term Per-Project Opportunity
About Us

We're a growing digital agency that helps home service businesses and contractors across the United States generate more leads through high-converting websites, GoHighLevel automations, and marketing systems.

My role is simple: I focus on generating leads, closing clients, and managing client relationships.

I'm looking for someone who can take ownership of everything that happens after the sale.

When I sign a client, I want to confidently hand you the project knowing you'll build the website, configure the automations, perform quality assurance, solve technical issues, and let me know when it's ready to launch.

This is not a typical virtual assistant position.

I'm looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and taking ownership of their work. My goal is to build a long-term relationship with one dependable GoHighLevel specialist who will become the technical backbone of our agency as we continue to grow.

---

#1 What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for delivering the services we sell, including:

  • Building professional websites inside GoHighLevel.
  • Rebuilding or migrating websites from WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Google Sites, or similar platforms.
  • Building and configuring GoHighLevel workflows and automations.
  • Setting up pipelines, calendars, forms, surveys, opportunities, custom fields, and tags.
  • Connecting integrations such as Stripe, email , SMS, Google Calendar, Zapier, and ---------- when needed.
  • Writing custom CSS to create premium, modern websites.
  • Performing complete QA before launch (forms, workflows, mobile responsiveness, links, calendars, etc.).
  • Troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Continuously improving our fulfillment process.

---

#2 Helping Build Our Systems

Since we're still growing, you'll also help us build the systems we'll use as the agency scales.

This includes:

  • Improving our GoHighLevel Snapshot.
  • Creating reusable website templates.
  • Building scalable automations.
  • Creating SOPs and documentation.
  • Developing QA checklists and launch processes.
  • Recommending improvements based on your experience.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building systems—not just following them.

---

#3 Required Skills

You should have strong experience with:

  • GoHighLevel (Websites, Funnels, Workflows, Snapshots, CRM, Pipelines, Calendars, Forms, Surveys)
  • Workflow logic (Triggers, Wait Steps, If/Else, Goals, Tags, Internal Notifications)
  • Website migrations
  • HTML & CSS
  • Browser DevTools
  • Troubleshooting
  • Problem solving
  • Working independently

Agency experience is a plus.

Experience with Search Atlas, Zapier, ---------- , Local SEO, or Canva is also a bonus but not required.

#4 English Fluency (Required)

Because all of our clients are home service businesses located in the United States, excellent English communication is required.

Everything you build—including websites, automations, email s, SMS campaigns, documentation, SOPs, and project updates—will be written in English.

As part of your application:

  • Your Loom video must be recorded in English.
  • You should clearly explain your work and thought process.
  • Your written communication should be professional and grammatically correct.

---

#5 Communication Expectations

We're looking for someone who communicates proactively.

You'll be expected to:

  • Provide short progress updates.
  • Communicate blockers early.
  • Respond during your working hours.
  • Keep projects organized.
  • Take ownership instead of waiting for instructions.

---

#6 Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate:

  • Takes pride in delivering excellent work.
  • Thinks like an owner, not just an employee.
  • Can solve problems independently.
  • Pays close attention to detail.
  • Wants to build a long-term working relationship.
  • Is reliable, organized, and proactive.

---

#7 Attention to Detail

To show you've read this job post carefully, begin your application with the phrase:

GHL Builder Ready

Applications that don't include this phrase may not be considered.

---

#8 What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means I don't have to worry about fulfillment.

Once I close a client, I should be able to hand you their onboarding information and trust that you'll take ownership of the project from start to finish.

That means:

  • Building the website.
  • Configuring automations.
  • Connecting integrations.
  • Performing QA.
  • Solving technical issues.
  • Creating SOPs when needed.
  • Communicating progress.
  • Delivering a polished final product.

My goal is to focus almost entirely on sales, marketing, and growing the agency while you become the technical expert responsible for delivering outstanding work to every client.

---

#9 Compensation & Growth Opportunity

We'll begin working together on a per-project basis.

Since we're a growing agency, project volume will naturally increase as we continue signing new clients.

Our goal is not to hire a different freelancer for every project. We're looking for one dependable GoHighLevel specialist who wants to build a long-term relationship with our agency.

As we grow, the right person will have the opportunity to receive more consistent work, increased responsibilities, and grow alongside the business.

---

#10 Our Hiring Process

1. Review your application.
2. Short interview (if needed).
3. Small paid trial project.
4. Begin working together on a per-project basis.
5. Grow into a long-term working relationship as the agency expands.

---

#11 How to Apply

Please include:

1. A Loom video (recorded in English) showing one or two GoHighLevel websites or automations you've personally built.
2. Examples of websites you've migrated into GoHighLevel.
3. Your availability (hours per week).
4. Your time zone.
5. Your preferred per-project or hourly rate.
6. Approximately how many GoHighLevel accounts you've worked on.
7. The most advanced workflow you've personally built.
8. Which website platforms you've migrated from.
9. Any agency experience you've had.
10. Why you're interested in building a long-term partnership instead of simply completing one-off freelance projects.

#12 Equipment Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

A reliable computer capable of running GoHighLevel efficiently.
High-speed internet.
A working microphone for meetings and Loom videos.
A quiet workspace.
The ability to join Zoo ---------- etings when needed.

Final Question

Imagine a contractor wants this process:

A visitor fills out a contact form ? immediately receives a text message ? receives a follow-up email 10 minutes later if they haven't responded ? if they call after business hours, they receive an automatic Missed Call Text Back ? once they book an appointment, they're automatically moved to the "Appointment Booked" stage in the pipeline.

Briefly explain how you would build this inside GoHighLevel.

There isn't one perfect answer—we simply want to understand how you think through automation and solve real-world client problems.
