About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and professional Outbound Appointment Setter to join our virtual call center team. You will make outbound calls to prospects, matching them with the appropriate provider and scheduling their appointments, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospects on behalf of our client
• Match prospects with the appropriate provider based on their needs
• Accurately log and document call details in the client’s system

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required but a Plus)

• HIPAA compliance certification
• At least 1 year of experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or a call center/BPO environment
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Experience handling sensitive customer information with discretion

Availability Requirement
Must have open availability between 7:00 AM–10:00 PM CST. This is an 8-hour shift; exact schedule will be determined upon hire.

Technical Requirements

• Windows 11 operating system
• Intel Core i5 processor (or higher)
• USB headset (preferred)
• Stable wired internet connection
