Senior Florida Land Creative Terms / Creative Acquisitions Specialist

Fast Cash For Deed is hiring a senior land acquisitions specialist with direct Florida land experience. We buy vacant land throughout the entire state of Florida, and we need someone who already understands Florida land markets, county research, seller financing, and creative deal structuring.

This is not a beginner land VA role and not a general acquisitions role. You must have hands-on experience working Florida land leads and structuring creative offers, including seller financing.

Responsibilities include: speaking with Florida landowners, analyzing vacant land parcels, creating cash and TERMS offers, structuring seller-financed acquisitions, checking Florida county GIS/property appraiser/tax collector records, reviewing zoning, access, road frontage, wetlands, flood zones, utilities, HOA/POA restrictions, back taxes, liens, and marketability.

Must have: 3+ years of U.S. land acquisitions experience, direct Florida land experience, strong seller financing/creative finance knowledge, excellent English, and the ability to explain terms offers to property owners clearly.

Bonus: experience in Marion, Citrus, Putnam, Levy, Highlands, Polk, Osceola, Brevard, Volusia, Lee, Charlotte, Palm Bay/Melbourne-area lots, Ocala-area land, rural acreage, infill lots, mobile-home-friendly land, RV-friendly land, lot splits, subdivides, or note sales.
