Florida Residential Wholesale Acquisitions Specialist

We are hiring an experienced residential wholesale acquisitions specialist with direct Florida experience. Our residential focus is Central Florida homes and mobile/manufactured homes.

You must be extremely fluent in English and comfortable speaking with Florida homeowners by phone. This role requires real acquisitions experience, not just cold calling.

Responsibilities include: calling and texting Florida homeowners, qualifying seller motivation, gathering property condition details, estimating ARV and repairs, making cash offers, negotiating contracts, following up with leads, and moving deals from conversation to signed agreement.

Must have: 2+ years of residential wholesale acquisitions experience, direct Florida experience, strong phone English, understanding of ARV/repairs/MAO, and experience with as-is seller conversations.

Bonus: experience in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Polk, Volusia, Brevard, Marion, Sumter, Hillsborough, Pasco, or surrounding Central Florida markets. Mobile/manufactured home experience is highly preferred.

Bonus: experience with creative deal structuring (ie, seller finance, subject to, lease options etc).
