$500 part time Hebrew Speaking Sales Development Representative (Remote)

We are looking for a confident, motivated Hebrew-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.

You will be speaking with wedding photographers and videographers in Israel, discovering their needs, and introducing our premium video editing service.

This is a long-term remote position for someone who enjoys talking to people, asking great questions, and leading conversations.

Requirements

• Fluent Hebrew (spoken at a native or near-native level)
• Good English (written communication)
• Confident and friendly phone presence
• Excellent listening skills
• Stable internet connection
• Quiet work environment
• Computer and quality headset with microphone

Sales experience is an advantage, but not required. We care much more about your communication skills and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Call photographers from our CRM using our dialer
• Build rapport and lead discovery conversations
• Understand the prospect's business and challenges
• Present our service naturally and professionally
• Schedule follow-ups and keep CRM records up to date

Our Hiring Process

We invest heavily in training our SDRs, so our hiring process has five steps:

Step 1 – AI Sales Test

You will have a live sales conversation with an AI prospect. Your goal is to demonstrate your communication skills, confidence, and ability to ask good questions. You will know immediately whether you passed.

Step 2 – Paid AI Training ($7 via PayPal)

If you pass the test, you will complete an intensive AI training program where you'll practice dozens of realistic sales conversations with different customer personalities and receive detailed feedback after every call.

Step 3 – Three-Day Paid Trial

You'll receive:

• CRM access
• Dialer
• Lead list
• Full support from our team

At the end of the trial, successful candidates will be invited to join our team.

Compensation

During the trial period

• $80 per week
• $15 for every free wedding reel booked
• $50 for every client who purchases our 1,000 NIS editing package

After joining the team

• $100 per week
• $15 for every free wedding reel booked
• $50 for every client who purchases our 1,000 NIS editing package

There is no cap on commissions, so your earnings grow with your performance.
